2. Customized Partnership Solution: We'll work together to create a custom partnership proposal that prioritizes you. We discuss your short-term and long-term goals for you, your family, your employees, and your customers.
3. Presentation of Our Partnership Plan: Based on your needs, we present, in detail, a custom partnership plan, which includes cash and equity, ongoing guaranteed compensation, and ownership for your key employees.
